• Lead installation of residential and commercial HVAC systems, including full ductwork installs.
• Supervise and work directly with a helper to complete jobs efficiently.
• Read blueprints, layout duct systems, and ensure proper system design and airflow.
• Install split systems, package units, mini‑splits, and related components.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and make on‑site decisions.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites and accurate job documentation.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• Proven experience as a lead installer or crew leader.
• Strong background in ductwork fabrication and installation.
• Experience with both residential and commercial systems.
• Ability to manage a helper and keep jobs on schedule.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems and installation best practices.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
