TIA Inspector

Tower Inspectors

Allstates Consulting Services is actively seeking experienced tower inspectors looking for Level 2 and Level 3 Tia inspectors for long-term wireless infrastructure projects supporting markets from Florida to Texas.

This role is ideal for experienced Tia tower professionals with strong climbing, inspection, maintenance, and safety knowledge who are looking for stable, long-term work within the wireless industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tower inspections and structural assessments
• Identify and document safety or structural concerns
• Complete inspection reports and field documentation
• Work safely at heights and follow all climbing/safety procedures
• Support maintenance and infrastructure upgrade activities
• Travel within assigned regions as needed

Requirements:

• Previous tower climbing and inspection experience required
• Ability to work at heights and in varying outdoor conditions
• Strong understanding of wireless tower safety standards
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to travel as needed throughout the region
• OSHA, Com Train, NWSA or related certifications are a plus
