Our client, a leading facilities management and commercial building services organization, is seeking an HVAC Engineer
- Level 3 to join their team. As an HVAC Engineer
- Level 3, you will be part of the Engineering & Technical Services team supporting multiple commercial facilities in Largo, St. Petersburg, and Lake Suzy, FL. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a highly professional attitude, and excellent customer service skills which will align successfully in the organization.

- Level 3
Location:Largo, FL
Pay Range:$30- $35per hour
- Install, repair, adjust, service, and maintain commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and control systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on building HVAC equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine appropriate corrective actions and modifications.
- Lead and assign tasks to team members while ensuring work is completed safely and on time.
- Maintain compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience (residential-only experience will not be considered).
- Journeyman License and EPA Universal Certification.
- High School Diploma, GED, or Trade School diploma with relevant HVAC experience.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and tablet usage.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs., work in physically demanding environments, and travel between local facilities as needed.
- Competitive pay rate of $30-$35 per hour with potential overtime opportunities.
- Monday through Friday schedule, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
