Why This Role Matters

  • Assist with fraud detection and investigations
  • Coordinate VAWA emergency transfer requests with care and confidentiality
  • Support training and help build a culture of compliance and accountability
Qualifications
  • Experience in compliance, auditing, affordable housing, or program oversight
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret and apply complex regulations (HUD experience is a big plus!)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A passion for making systems better—and helping people in the process
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Experience with HUD or federally funded housing programs
  • Certifications (NAHRO, Nan McKay, Quadel, etc.)
  • Background in risk management, quality control, or policy development
Why You’ll Love Working Here
  • Meaningful work that directly impacts your community
  • Collaborative, mission-driven team
  • Opportunities to grow, learn, and make lasting improvements
  • A workplace built on Integrity, Innovation, Learning, and Accountability

Ready to Make an Impact? If you’re someone who enjoys solving problems, digging into data, and ensuring things are done the right way—we want to hear from you.

Apply today and help us build stronger communities—one compliant file at a time.
