We're seeking several

* Key Responsibilities:

* + Greet the public and professionally, answer questions, provide direction, and help guide them through the process of submitting their documentation

+ Secure documentation in officially authorized containers and accurately document all collected paperwork

+ Maintain and adhere to strict chain of custody procedures at all times

+ Follow all state and local laws, rules, and standard operating procedures

+ Immediately report any irregularities, security concerns, or compliance issues to a supervisor

+ Provide courteous, neutral, and professional assistance to the public
