This role is an in‑office position at our office in Largo, FL.

The ideal candidate would be someone who has dispatching experience in the construction or HVAC field.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong customer service and people skills
• Highly organized
• Able to thrive in high pressure situations
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

• Route and schedule field technicians to meet customers demands.
• Ensure parts needed are ordered and stocked for various HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Handle field customer questions/calls to ensure expectations are met.
• Update customer websites/portals on a daily basis.
• Work with technicians and management utilizing teamwork to accomplish goals.
• Ensure technicians needs are met daily.

• Provide top level customer service to both external and internal customers.
• Everyday engagement with both customers and field technicians to ensure ETAs are met and customers needs are taken care of.
