Warehouse Associate – Full Time (M–F)

Location:

Leaders Furniture Distribution Center – Largo, FL th Ave N, Largo, FL 33773

Pay: $15/hour + team incentive when earned.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM or until the work is done.

• Scan, sort, and move inventory using handheld scanners
• Load and stage furniture for delivery
• Crosstrain in Receiving, Quality Control, and Lift Operators
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse
• Opportunity to earn forklift certification

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly (up to 100 lbs. with help)
• High endurance—this role requires constant walking and physical activity
• Willingness to work daily overtime as needed
• Comfortable working in a non–climate‑controlled warehouse (heat, cold, humidity)
• Reliable transportation to work Monday–Friday
