Our client, a global consumer-focused private equity firm, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide “white glove” support to 1-2 Managing Directors. The Executive Assistant role is a critical partner to senior leadership and plays an integral part in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations. This individual will act as a strategic gatekeeper, managing complex scheduling, coordinating global travel, and anticipating the needs of executives in a high-performance environment.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, and a high level of discretion, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Please note this is an hybrid (1 day in office), temp-to-perm role based in Larkspur, CA. Pay will be $115k-$130k/yr.
