ICU Step Down RN
Position - RN Specialty
- Intensive Care (ICU), Step Down Location
- Greenbrae, CA Shift – Nights Duration - 13 weeks Start Date – TBD Gross Weekly -$2,400/wk. based up to 36 hrs.
ICU step down units provide intermediate care for patients too stable for full ICU but still requiring closer monitoring than general wards, often managing patients with specialized needs like ventilator weaning or cardiac monitoring. They improve patient flow, reducing ICU congestion.
