By The Bay Health, a nonprofit hospice in California, seeks an After-Hours Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. This role comes with an additional weekend differential rate.
Schedule:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday; 3:30pm - 12:00am.
Location:
home health/hospice setting. Requires completion of an LVN program and active California LVN license, plus minimum one year LVN experience; home health/hospice experience preferred.
