Prime Residential in Larkspur, CA, is seeking a Service Technician II to maintain the Skylark community and address resident requests. This full-time role includes preparing vacant apartments for occupancy, performing routine maintenance on appliances, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and ensuring safety and cleanliness across the property.
Schedule is Saturday through Wednesday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with participation in an on-call rotation.
