Prime Residential is seeking a Service Technician II for Skylark in Larkspur, CA. You will handle routine maintenance, respond to resident requests, prepare vacated apartments, and help maintain safety and appearance to Prime’s standards.
The role requires 2+ years in residential property maintenance, a valid driver's license, and willingness to participate in a mandatory on-call rotation; HVAC certification preferred.
Schedule:
Saturday–Wednesday, 9:00 am–6:00 pm.
