Pay Rates

Day Shift: £14.27/hr

Night Shift: £19.03/hr

Overtime (First 10 hours): £21.41/hr

Overtime (After 10 hours): £28.54/hr

Shift: Monday 07:00 - 17:15 | Tuesday
- Thursday 07:00 - 16:45

Night

Shift: Monday 21:00 - 07:15 | Tuesday
- Thursday 21:00 - 06:45

Key Responsibilities

Perform MMA/MIG welding, gas welding, brazing, and soldering on custom containers, silencers, and skid bases.
Fabricate, modify, and rework complex structures often without detailed prints or fixtures.
Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and plan work sequences effectively.
Maintain strict compliance with safety, quality standards, and 5S workplace organization.
Mentor and train other team members when required, upholding core company values.

Qualifications & Requirements Required

NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Fabrication/Welding, or proven hands‑on trade experience.
Proven ability to read and interpret complex engineering prints and schematic assembly drawings.
Strong practical arithmetic skills and ability to follow detailed technical instructions.
Flexibility to work both day and night shift rotations, plus overtime when required.

Desired:

Experience operating within a Lean manufacturing environment.
Competency using slinging equipment and cranes to transport heavy fabrications safely.
Comfortable working at heights and using measuring tapes/squares to inspect high‑precision work.
Excellent attention to detail, quality mindset, and organizational skills.
