Pay Rates

Shift Patterns (Rotation Required)

Day Shift: Monday 07:00 – 17:15 | Tuesday – Thursday 07:00 – 16:45

Night Shift: Monday 21:00 – 07:15 | Tuesday – Thursday 21:00 – 06:45

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MMA/MIG welding, gas welding, brazing, and soldering on custom containers, silencers, and skid bases.
• Fabricate, modify, and rework complex structures often without detailed prints or fixtures.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and plan work sequences effectively.
• Maintain strict compliance with safety, quality standards, and 5S workplace organization.
• Mentor and train other team members when required, upholding core company values.

Qualifications & Requirements

Required

• NVQLevel 2 (or equivalent) in Fabrication/Welding, or proven hands-on trade experience.
• Proven ability to read and interpret complex engineering prints and schematic assembly drawings.
• Strong practical arithmetic skills and ability to follow detailed technical instructions.
• Flexibility to work both day and night shift rotations, plus overtime when required.
• Experience operating within a Lean manufacturing environment.
• Competency using slinging equipment and cranes to transport heavy fabrications safely.
• Comfortable working at heights and using measuring tapes/squares to inspect high-precision work.
• Excellent attention to detail, quality mindset, and organizational skills.
