** Join our team as an Electrician and play a key role in building and assembling high-quality electrical systems for industry-leading products. Working from complex schematic drawings, you'll be responsible for wiring, installations, panel connections, and electrical fit-out activities while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and workmanship.

* What You Will Do:

*** Read and interpret complex schematic drawings to plan assembly methods and sequencing.
* Carry out a range of electrical assembly activities, including wiring, installations, terminations, panel connections, cable tray and ladder rack installation, conduit fitting, and crimping on gensets and enclosures.
* Safely operate a variety of power tools, hand tools, and associated equipment.
* Identify and report equipment faults, malfunctions, or defects.
* Adhere to all safety, quality, and compliance standards.
* Support and maintain 5S principles and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
* Demonstrate behaviours aligned with our Values in Action and maintain high standards of professionalism.
* Provide training and support to colleagues as required.
* Undertake any other duties appropriate to the role.
** Essential Qualifications & Experience
*** A recognised Electrical Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent electrical qualification.
* Proven experience in electrical assembly and installation, including wiring, terminations, panel connections, cable tray and ladder rack installation, conduit fitting, and crimping.
* Experience working within a manufacturing environment, with previous exposure to lean manufacturing principles being advantageous.
* Ability to work to defined production schedules and process times while maintaining high standards of quality.
