Memorial Medical Center of Las Cruces Description

Bookkeeper will be responsible for the checks and balances of the Gift Shop and Auxiliary for audit control purposes.

Responsibilities include:

Attending Gift Shop Advisory Committee and staff meetings. Preparing and presenting reports as required. Must be accurate and accountable for financial record keeping, check writing, etc. Make bank deposits. Preparing the monthly and annual financial reports in association with the Treasurer. Understanding double entry bookkeeping and Quicken software.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Minimum Experience:

One year bookkeeping experience preferred.
