Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 0730 – 1630 (excluding Federal holidays)

Security Requirement: National Agency Check (NAC) background investigation required; must obtain and maintain base access
Valor 3 Services is seeking a BTES Clerk – Office Administration to provide administrative and clerical support to Base Training & Education Services (BTES) at Cannon AFB. This role supports Air Force personnel by managing scheduling, testing coordination, education tracking, and administrative reporting in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
This position requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured military environment. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary administrative support for the BTES office.
- Answer telephones and greet customers; direct inquiries appropriately.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate BTES activities.
- Maintain and update the Air Force Automated Education Management System (AFAEMS).
- Serve as a test proctor and ensure exam security compliance.
- Track Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) progress for assigned personnel.
- Maintain training enrollment and completion databases.
- Generate and submit required monthly reports to the Government COR.
- Monitor computer laboratory equipment and notify the COR of issues.
- Maintain continuity books and reference materials.
- Ensure compliance with Privacy Act (PII) and information security requirements.
- Support daily office operations in accordance with DoD and Air Force guidance.
- Associate’s Degree (required) in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year of professional or volunteer experience in:
- Adult or higher education support, OR
- DoD training management, OR
- Administrative support in a structured office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and conduct in a federal environment.
- Ability to manage sensitive information and comply with Privacy Act standards.
- Must successfully complete a National Agency Check (NAC).
- Must obtain and maintain base access credentials. No security clearance required beyond NAC.
- Must comply with all base security and identification procedures.
This is a non-personal services position supporting Air Force personnel at Cannon AFB. Work is performed in a professional office setting during standard business hours. The position is considered non-essential during emergency closures.
