- Work Schedule: Standard (M‑F 8‑5), occasional weekend and evening work required

- Enters and maintains program and daily attendance records for after‑school events for up to 70 partner schools.
- Supports school personnel using the program database.
- Sets up the database for each school to accurately submit attendance records.
- Monitors the database for accuracy.
- Performs detailed research and resolves missing data concerns; works independently and in a team, supporting the STEM Outreach mission through specific projects; demonstrates strong time‑management to meet deadlines; and has experience with Excel spreadsheets.
- Performs a wide variety of typing and data‑entry assignments, some confidential; operates a personal computer to enter data, draft, edit, revise, and print letters, tables, reports, and other materials.
- Meets regularly with STEM Outreach staff to establish work assignments and report school data.
- Other duties: orders and organizes materials for after‑school programs; distributes curriculum materials to schools; provides support to the fiscal department or other administrative offices; serves as liaison with partner school personnel.
- Drafts or prepares responses to routine inquiries; prepares photocopies and facsimiles; operates various office equipment.
- May instruct and oversee the activities of student employees performing the same type of work.
- Greets and directs visitors as appropriate.
- Resolves routine administrative problems and answers inquiries concerning department/division activities and operations; accepts, screens, and routes telephone calls; performs miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.
- Required
Education and Experience:
High School diploma plus 1 year of relevant experience, or higher degree. - Preferred Qualifications: Experience with EZ Reports Data System.
