Responsibilities- Manage the creation and distribution of invoices for consulting services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with consultants and clients to resolve discrepancies or issues with invoices.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all transactions, invoices, payments, and expenses.
- Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure all financial data is accurately recorded and reconciled.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Provide administrative support as needed, such as data entry, file management, and correspondence.
- A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a financial or consulting environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they arise.
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Experience in a consulting environment is highly advantageous.
