- Provide administrative and secretarial support to multiple LEAP Programs, including managing phone calls, assisting students and visitors, and addressing various administrative needs and concerns.
- Create, manage, and update files, databases, records, and documents related to LEAP Programs.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, interviews, and appointments for programs, including travel coordination.
- Supervise and guide junior staff or student employees working within LEAP Programs.
- Assist in organizing events, setting schedules, coordinating activities, and preparation.
- Prepare meeting agendas, draft, type, transcribe, and edit minutes for program meetings.
- Assist in collecting disaggregated demographic data for LEAP reports and presentations.
- Assist LEAP management and staff in planning projects and events, finding solutions, and achieving goals.
- Prepare and maintain budget planning documents, reconcile p-cards, and monitor monthly budget reports for programs.
- Draft or ensure prompt responses to routine written inquiries directed to programs.
Required
Education and Experience:
High School diploma + 3 years of relevant experience or an Associate's Degree + 1 year of relevant experience.
Environment:
Work is normally performed in a typical interior office work environment.
Physical Effort:
No or very limited physical effort required.
Lifting Requirements:
Handling of average-weight objects up to 10 pounds, occasional standing or walking.
Risk:
No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
