Oversee high level administrative operations of the company. Maintains a close and highly responsive relationship to the day‐to‐day activities. Liaison with other organizations on such matters as exchange of information and other pertinent matters. Advises supervisory personnel on administrative matters and administrative assistants in the execution of their responsibilities.
May have supervisory responsibilities associated with certain assigned duties. Trainsand provides work direction and guidance to others as assigned. Responds and coordinates requests for information concerning office procedures. Transmits direction, policy and decisions of the President and CEO to the various departments/section. Coordination with other contract personnel for statuses on operations and assigned tasks. Coordinates office workflow to assure the properand timely completion of work.
Maintains relevant databases and SharePoint lists. Conducts research as required. Prepares various confidential and complex departmental reports as assigned utilizing various advanced software programs. Compiles information and data for reports and assists in the preparation of statistical and narrative reports. Reviews reports and correspondence which will be signedby the President and Program Manager for clarity, logic, and completeness. Inspect documents, forms, records and other materials for accuracy and completeness.
Processes a variety of forms and documents according to established procedures.
Coordinates meetings and agendas, arranges travel accommodation and prepares company expense reports as necessary.
Graduation in related fieldfrom an accredited college or university. Degree in Bachelor of Arts (Humanities,Social and Behavioral Sciences, and Communication) or Bachelor of Science (Data Science, Business Administration, Finance). Must be able to exercise initiative and independent judgement. Works with limited supervision. Works well independently or as a member of a team. Maintains confidentiality of privileged and sensitive information. Must be able to plan and prioritize work.
Must beable to communicate and articulate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Strong computer skills and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word,Excel, PowerPoint). Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Must have a valid states driver’slicense. Applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and mustmeet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working on DoD contracts or as DA Civilian
- Experience writing technical documents
- Management experience
