** Job Summary
** Mobile Service Technicians will complete air conditioning service, automotive repairs, on site scanning support, wire repairs and diagnostics within their market area.
** Roles & Responsibilities
*** Customer service focused, ability to develop relationships and deliver operational consistency
* Perform Air Conditioning Evacuation & Recharge
* Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical repairs
* Understand and complete estimating, invoicing, part identification, pre and post quality control checklists
* Adequately explain technical diagnoses and repair planning needs to include shop personnel, insurance adjusters, and customers
* Utilize various tools, diagnostic equipment, and Virtual support team resources to make the most effective recommendations
* Test drive vehicles after repairs are completed
* Check all parts for quality and accuracy before installing
* Complete assigned training and certifications, to include continuing education courses
* Communicate with field team to ensure efficiency and productivity
* Maintain a well-organized work area
* Responsible for ensuring tooling software updates are completed immediately
* Accountable for assigned inventory
* Including:
Laptops, OE scan tools, VCI, other equipment provided
* Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships through our company purpose and core values  
** Qualifications,

Education & Experience:

*** Minimum of 3 years automotive repair experience
* Trade school experience a plus
* ASE or I-CAR certifications a plus
* Knowledge of diagnostic scan tools and factory software
* Obtain AC certification & follow safety standards
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Knowledge and ability to use computers, mobile devices, and related technology efficiently
* Self
-motivated, positive attitude, with a customer focused vision  
** Requirements:
*** Must be at least 21 years of age
* Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check
* Ability to pass a background check
* Must be able to lift 60 pounds independently
* Travel may be required for continuing education and certification training
* Requires standing for extended periods of time with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, and stooping
* Requires frequent driving of company and customer vehicles
* Extensive travel within assigned area is expected
* May have exposure to fumes, dust, and chemicals
* Ability to work in a shop environment in inclement weather
* Required to wear PPE to include but not limited to facial covering, eye protection, gloves
