Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Business Development Manager located in Las Cruces, NM. The Business Development Manager will develop and implement growth strategies, create long‑term business relationships, and identify new market opportunities. Day‑to‑day activities will include generating and qualifying leads, managing sales pipelines, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients. The role also involves monitoring market trends and providing insights to refine business strategies and increase company revenue.
Qualifications- Proven abilities in lead generation, market research, and analyzing market opportunities
- Skilled in sales strategy development, contract negotiation, and client relationship management
