Concrete Construction Project Manager

Ready to take ownership of complex, high-impact construction projects? Concrete Strategies (CSI) is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead operations, drive performance, and deliver exceptional results across our concrete construction projects nationwide.

As a Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of your projects—from preconstruction through closeout—ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial success.

• Lead project planning, buyout, and execution strategy
• Oversee budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting
• Manage project schedules, sequencing, and production goals
• Direct field teams, subcontractors, and resources
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards
• Review and approve invoices, change orders, and cost reports
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Owners and General Contractors
• Drive productivity, resolve challenges, and keep projects on track

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Financial acumen with a deep understanding of job cost controls
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on results and accountability

• Competitive Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 (based on experience, skills, and location)
