Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Scheduler to join our team as an Owner's Representative. In this role, you will take ownership of the project scheduling process, acting as our partner's eyes and ears on‑site, and playing a key role in ensuring project delivery excellence. Responsibilities

Schedule Management
  • Own and maintain Primavera P6 schedules ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Analyze schedule performance to identify critical path risks and impacts.
  • Produce concise, executive‑level schedule summaries that provide actionable insights.
  • Recommend and support mitigation strategies and recovery plans when needed.
Site Presence
  • Maintain a strong onsite presence by regularly walking through project locations.
  • Engage directly and collaboratively with contractors and construction teams.
  • Verify progress against the approved program and identify potential issues early.
  • Serve as a trusted representative of our partner's interests on site.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build and sustain strong, professional relationships with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Participate confidently in meetings, presenting findings clearly and constructively.
  • Challenge issues professionally and proactively where necessary.
  • Effectively represent our partner's values and priorities across all project stakeholders.
Project Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to enhance project delivery and scheduling processes.
  • Drive proactive schedule management and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Take ownership of issues and collaborate to develop practical solutions.
  • Recommend process improvements beyond simply reporting issues.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience with Primavera P6 and robust scheduling/planning skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings with confidence.
  • Experience analyzing critical path and schedule impacts within large‑scale projects.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation capabilities.
  • Background in owner‑side, developer, or major contractor environments is preferred.
  • Experience with hyperscale or mission‑critical projects is a plus.
  • Comfortable working independently, showing initiative with minimal supervision.
