Job Details

Salary: $15 - $15 per hour

Bilingual in Spanish is required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and consulting support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, record keeping, and reporting.
  • Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer service or consulting role.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to resolving customer issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
