Collections/Customer Service Representative
Location: Las Cruces, NM
Pay Range: $15 to $17
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Responsibilities- Assist customers with utility account inquiries, billing questions, and payment processing
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate account records
- Contact customers regarding past‑due accounts and establish payment arrangements
- Explain billing procedures, policies, and utility regulations to customers
- Research and resolve customer complaints and account discrepancies
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, collections, billing, or call centers preferred
- Cash‑handling experience preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong computer and data‑entry skills
