Job Details Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and consulting support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

Maintain a high level of product knowledge and keep up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience.

Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty.

Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, record keeping, and reporting.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer service or consulting role.

Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Strong problem‑solving skills, with a creative approach to resolving customer issues.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
