MCI is seeking a Bilingual Travel Advisor (Spanish/English) to join our onsite BPO team in Las Cruces, NM. You will plan, book, and manage business and leisure travel using the Spotnana platform, supporting travelers through reservations, changes and service inquiries.
The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in travel, is fluent in Spanish and English, and can handle high-volume requests with accuracy and strong customer service. Previous Spotnana experience is required for this position.
