We are currently seeking an Associate Dentist to join our team as we replace a retiring doctor
, stepping into an established schedule with strong demand and mentorship available from experienced clinicians.

Compensation: 33% of production

Expected Earnings: $250,000–$325,000 annually

Daily Guarantee: $800 per day for the first 2 months

Relocation Assistance: Available, depending on candidate fit and experience

• $2,000 annual Continuing Education allowance
• Malpractice insurance fully covered by the practice
• Time off: Salaried doctors receive 2 weeks vacation plus sick leave; production-based doctors have flexible unpaid time off

This is a full-time or part-time associate role offering flexibility, mentorship, and real room to grow clinically and professionally. As we replace a retiring doctor, you'll inherit an established, in-demand schedule rather than building from scratch.

Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

You’ll practice dentistry aligned with your current skill set
, with support and guidance available to expand your clinical capabilities over time.

Our fee-for-service practice is equipped with modern technology, including:

• CBCT imaging
• Digital X-rays
• iTero scanners

You’ll work alongside experienced doctors who provide hands‑on mentorship and guidance
