Architectural Project Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architectural Project Manager based in El Paso, TX and Sunland Park, NM. The Architectural Project Manager will oversee project coordination, manage submittals, and lead the production of construction drawings. Responsibilities include collaborating with design and engineering teams, ensuring project deadlines are met, and adhering to architectural standards and sustainability practices. The role also involves applying Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) principles where applicable.

• Proficiency in project coordination and managing submittals processes
• Strong expertise in architecture and creating detailed construction drawings
• Familiarity with sustainable design principles and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) practices
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Licensure as a Professional Architect or pursuing licensure is a plus
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as Revit, Twinmotion, InDesign, and other industry softwares . Please Note that Nine Degrees is 100% Revit.
