- Patient Volume: Up to 17 patients/day (new consults 60 minutes; follow-ups 20 minutes)

- Provide outpatient Hematology/Oncology evaluation and management, including new consultations and follow-up care
- Develop and oversee evidence-based cancer treatment plans, coordinating care across the multidisciplinary oncology team
- Collaborate with infusion nursing, medical assistants, and dedicated oncology pharmacists to support safe chemotherapy administration and patient education
- Participate in weekly tumor boards and contribute to coordinated cancer care planning
- Support shared call coverage, addressing patient questions, RN clinical inquiries, and occasional ED consults (minimal)
- Engage with available clinical trials (including Phase II/III) as appropriate for patient care
