Join Our Team as an Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology Specialist

Required Skills:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Hematology, or Oncology
- Proven experience in managing oncology and hematology patients
- Strong diagnostic and clinical judgment
- Excellent communication skills for patient and interdisciplinary team engagement
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment
- Proficiency with EMR systems, specifically Mosiaq or similar
Skills:
- Experience in clinical trials enrollment and management
- Prior involvement in tumor boards and multidisciplinary case discussions
- Certification in Chemo administration or related oncology specialties
- Familiarity with radiation oncology integration
- Bilingual abilities to enhance patient interactions
Education and Experience:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in hematology and oncology
- Recent experience managing chemotherapy patients and participating in tumor boards
- Availability to work full-time starting 01/30/2026
- Willingness for some weekend call and shared weekday call coverage
- Participation in clinical trials and tumor boards
- Ability to handle a busy practice with approximately 17 patients daily, including new and follow-up cases
- Support from skilled medical assistants, RNs, and dedicated pharmacists
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to accreditation standards
