• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Educational Diagnostics, Special Education, Guidance and Counseling, Educational School Psychology, or another approved field
• Current license in the state of New Mexico as an Educational Diagnostician
• Graduate level coursework that includes classes in psychometrics in both cognitive and academic achievement assessments
• Proficient in the use of computers, database applications, and creation of word documents and spreadsheets
• Outstanding verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
• Bilingual and bi‑literate in English and Spanish preferred
