Distribution Manager - (This is for Electric Distribution design - Not Logistics)
Location: New Mexico or neighbouring states (Remote)
Compensation: $150,000–$160,000 base salary + 15% bonus + profit sharing

The RoleAs Distribution Manager, you will lead the technical direction, business development, and client engagement for the Distribution Department. You will join a well-established, high-performing team of engineers and designers and play a key role in shaping the department’s strategic direction and future growth.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical leadership for the Distribution Department
- Drive business development and maintain strong client relationships
- Support and mentor a team of experienced engineers and designers
- Play a key role in hiring, strategic planning, and long-term growth initiatives
- Provide guidance, QA/QC oversight, and conduct performance reviews
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in distribution engineering
- Strong background in design and QA/QC
- Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
- Proficiency with relevant design software
- Must be based in the United States
