Bookkeeper

Our client, an industry leader in financial services, is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join their team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be an essential part of the finance department supporting daily financial operations and client interactions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to accuracy, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bookkeeper

Location: Las Cruces

Pay Range: $15.00 to $20.00

Shift: 8am to 5pm Flexible to part time

What's the Job?

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records using advanced Excel skills
• Handle basic accounting tasks and reconcile financial statements
• Greet clients professionally and provide excellent customer service
• Answer phones and proactively address client inquiries
• Process certified payroll and scale wages with precision

What's Needed?

• Experience with Excel as a master user
• Basic understanding of financials and accounting principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with proactive work ethic
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
