We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Consulting Payroll Clerk to join our Accounting and Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced, high energy environment where your contributions directly impact the success of the team and the company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of payroll processing for our consulting team. This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining accurate records, processing payroll entries, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the 3 Way Match, Entries, and 1099 Processing.

• Process and manage all aspects of payroll for our consulting team, including data entry, verification, and record-keeping.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Utilize 3 Way Match, Entries, and 1099 Processing to maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance.
• Work closely with the accounting and finance team to reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve any payroll-related issues.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to management on a regular basis.
• Review and verify timesheets and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest payroll tax changes and best practices in payroll processing.
• Provide excellent customer service to our consulting team, answering any payroll-related questions and resolving issues in a timely manner.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a related field.
• Proficient in 3 Way Match, Entries, and 1099 Processing.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and meet deadlines.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is a plus.
