We are a fun, fast-paced physical therapy clinic looking for an outgoing and friendly individual to join our front office team. This team member will welcome patients to the facility and provide an easy and quick experience to all.

• Maximize the patient experience by effectively communicating with the therapist and the patient
• Complete all admissions paperwork and enter it digitally
• Verify medical insurance coverage and benefits for each patient
• Schedule appointments
• Answer the phone and inquiries
• Address any patient complaints or concerns
• Perform clerical work such as filing, copying, and faxing

Some expected skills and qualifications from candidates include:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to work with diverse people
• Effective organizational and time management skills
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of health insurance and various medical procedures
• Ability to use software programs and medical technology
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills
• Fluency with Spanish is beneficial but not necessary
