Your Job Summary

Provides transportation of residents to and from physician appointments in a timely manner.

• Provides transportation of residents to and from physician appointments in a timely manner.
• Provides transportation of current or new residents from hospital after discharge.
• Transports medical records for signatures to medical offices.
• Maintains a high level of safety following safety policies and procedures while in Center and transporting residents.
• Maintains van in a neat and clean condition at all times.
• Assists in general with Center activities as needed.

Job Type: Full-time.

• Maintains van in a neat and clean condition at all times.
• Assists in general with Center activities as needed.

• High School Diploma with course work in recreation is desirable;
  Completion of a state approved activity-training course is preferred but not required.
• CPR Certified
• Current State drivers license without violations
• Certified Nurse’s Aide desired.
• At least (1) year of verifiable experience transporting residents in a healthcare setting.
