• Assumes responsibility for the efficient, productive, and professional operation of the front office. Duties include checking in, co-pay collection and appointment call reminders.
• Manages telephone and patient reception, scheduling of patients, collecting patient demographic and insurance information.
• Maintains non-clinical supplies and receives/documenting patient payments.
• Comfortable working with 30-45 patients throughout the day.

This position is a Full Time, Benefited position. Working hours are day shift general business hours, 40 hours per week.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year experience working in a medical/business office setting with strong customer service.
• Knowledge of insurance rules and regulations, especially Medicare & Medicaid.
• Experience working with medical terminology, electronic medical records and scheduling systems.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
