Salary: $76,000 per annum
Appointment: Full-time, 1.0 FTE
Schedule: Standard (Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm)

Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide culturally sensitive counseling, therapy, and psychotherapy to students with a broad range of social, developmental, and psychiatric concerns.
- Prepare and collaboratively develop treatment plans, including termination and referrals.
- Facilitate crisis and emergency interventions, supporting colleagues during crises.
- Conduct psychodiagnostic assessments, including threat and safety evaluations.
- Develop, present, and evaluate educational outreach programs and workshops for a diverse campus community.
- Coordinate with university officials, external agencies, and advocacy organizations to enhance holistic care.
- Supervise practicum and intern trainees as needed.
- Lead programming addressing the unique challenges of Latinx, immigrant, first‑generation, and other underrepresented students.
- PhD or PsyD in Counseling or Clinical Psychology.
- Must be licensed as a psychologist in good standing in the State of New Mexico at the time of hire.
- Strong commitment to inclusive practice and collaboration.
- Experience with culturally responsive counseling and crisis intervention preferred.
