Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Educator role based in Las Cruces, NM. The Clinical Educator will be responsible for developing and delivering effective clinical education programs, training healthcare staff, and enhancing the clinical care skills of the team. Responsibilities include creating training materials, conducting research on the latest medical trends and best practices, and supporting staff development in critical care and general medical knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Clinical Education and Training
- Proficiency in Critical Care Medicine and general medical knowledge
- Ability to conduct in-depth Research to enhance educational content and clinical practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills to support the professional development of healthcare staff
- Experience in creating and managing training programs in a clinical or healthcare setting
- Current licensure or certification relevant to the healthcare field
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred
