• Provide occupational therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based OT interventions to improve functional independence.
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, ethics, and regulatory requirements.
• Document therapy progress and update care plans in the patient record system.
• Monitor client outcomes against targets and adjust plans to maximize gains.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and apply new techniques.
• Meet or exceed individual performance metrics and productivity targets.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and referrals.
• Educate clients and caregivers on home programs and safety practices.
• Utilize a structured pipeline approach to identify and prioritize cases within the territory.
• Maintain high visibility of work activity through timely status updates and communications.
• Support program development and contribute to best-practice initiatives.

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with current state OT license
• Provide OT assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain compliance with professional standards, ethics, and regulatory requirements
• Deliver evidence-based OT interventions for functional independence
• Document progress and update patient records accurately in the system
• Monitor outcomes, analyze data, and adjust plans to maximize gains
• Meet or exceed individual performance metrics and productivity targets
• Engage in ongoing professional development and apply new techniques
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and coordinate referrals
• Educate clients and caregivers on home programs and safety
• Utilize pipeline-based case prioritization within the territory
• Provide timely status updates to maintain high visibility of work activity
• Support program development and contribute to best-practice initiatives
