The In‑Office Licensed Therapist provides individual and family therapy services to a diverse client population. This role emphasizes relationship‑based care, professional collaboration, and clinical excellence.

• Provide individual and family therapy services in an in‑office setting
• Establish a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for clients
• Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with client needs
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation

• Active New Mexico license in good standing (LMHC, LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, LISW, LMSW)
• Experience providing individual and/or family therapy
• Strong clinical, interpersonal, and documentation skills
• Commitment to ethical and culturally responsive care
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
