- Source and attract top clinical and non-clinical professionals
- Partner with leadership to meet strategic hiring goals
- Strengthen our employer brand and candidate experience
- 2–5 years of recruiting experience
- Healthcare recruiting experience preferred
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Organized, proactive, and results-driven
