We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!

Required Skills:
- Minimum three (3) years Human Resources experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred.
- Working in a multi-state/multi-location environment preferred.
Additional Qualifications/
Skills:
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing excellent customer
- Knowledge of principles for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
- MS Office skills required, especially Outlook, Excel,
- Demonstrates general computer skills including data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
- Effective organizational and time management
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to maintain quality and safety
- Ability to maintain proper levels of
- Ability to work closely and professionally with
- Ability to multi-task and organize workload effective.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
This role provides overall support to the department of Human Resources consistent with policy and procedures. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
