• Managing suppliers and logistics vendors as needed
• Managing with Sales and maintaining and improving the Proof of Value (POV) program
• Monitoring shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Working with the IT team to ensure all orders are processed correctly through EDI
• Working with the Data Analyst on monthly KPI metrics

• Proven experience in operations, administration, or a related field, 7+ years
• Strong understanding of supply chain, transportation, trade, and regulatory compliance across EMEA
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and resolve complex or urgent issues
• Strong experience with hardware supply chain logistics

• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing needs
• Proven success in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment
