Role Overview
The Administrator - Network LAN/WAN will provide technical support for LAN/WAN networking issues, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, and enhance operational efficiency by updating and managing the knowledge base.
Why It Might Be a FitThe ideal candidate will have four plus years of experience in supporting and managing network infrastructure, IT/Telecoms experience, and the ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with other organizations.
Responsibilities- Respond to Service Now incident tickets.
- Patching cable installation and recovery.
- Installing power leads.
- Providing escort services for Company third-party vendors or subcontractors.
- Four (4) plus years of experience supporting and managing network infrastructure and network related devices.
- Experienced in racking, stacking, cabling and decommissioning of network hardware devices.
- Experienced in Site Services support for network device maintenance and support (console/remote).
- IT/Telecoms experience with routing, switching, firewalls, WiFi, IP Telephony, and Radio Frequency equipment.
