- Understand overall direction and nuanced user needs
- Guide the team in fulfilling user needs by creating deployable features
- Deliver high-business-value products supporting the Air Force
- Modernize management weapons systems
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or process improvement practitioner
- Experience using SysML or similar modeling language
- Experience using Microsoft Products, including Visio and Power Point
- Experience with data visualization, such as process maps and frameworks
- Ability to conduct research and evaluate options for action
- Ability to independently assess existing system functionality, including user experience and data relationships
- Ability to present concepts, including verbal or written, to varied audiences using logical and persuasive language
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience performing root cause analyses or supporting rapid process improvement events
- Experience creating tickets and developing queries in Azure Dev Ops
- Knowledge of nuclear compatibility, surety, or operational processes
- Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes, policies, and procedures
- Knowledge of Air Force Instructions and Manuals
- Ability to work confidently with and present to senior ranking officials
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Demonstrates expertise in business analysis and process improvement, with a strong focus on developing user-friendly digital products and solutions within cloud-based environments. Proficient in utilizing modeling languages and data visualization techniques to support client missions and enhance operational processes.
