Learn and perform administrative and clerical tasks in various departments within the facility.

• Learn all existing clerical duties in various departments so can fill in and/or assist in different administrative positions as needs arise daily
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and training manual for all clerical positions
• Act as the primary trainer for new clerks
• Perform regular audits of various administrative reports for accuracy and compliance to requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma
• Ability to work in fast-paced and team environment
• Reliable in attendance and taking self-initiative
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literate required – SAP knowledge a plus
• Excellent skills working with facts and figures
• Detail oriented
